  1. Watch the video and write a summary about the three basic tips we have to take into account to lead a healthy life.


  1. Answer the following questions about the video:
  1. Is micro biotic food necessary in our diet?
  2. What does the nutritionist mean when he says that we should eat “foods that are real”?
  3. Which are the benefits of eating correctly?
  4. What happens when the body doesn´t have what it needs?
  5. Does moving for only a couple of minutes help to get fit? Why/not?

  7. How does the third concept relate to stress?
  8. What does the nutritionist usually do when he deals with a stressed patient?
