FUTURE WITH WILL (SIMPLE)

Se usa:

1.    El "future simple" es un tiempo que sirve para describir acciones que se van a desarrollar en el futuro cercano o lejano.

          I will play tennis. / Yo jugaré al tenis 

          She will buy a car. / Ella se comprará un coche

    We will send them a postcard./ Les enviaremos una postal

2. se puede utilizar con o sin mencionar el tiempo en el que se desarrollará la acción:

          We will go to the cinema tomorrow / Nosotros iremos al cine mañana

          We will go to the cinema / Nosotros iremos al cine

3. Se utiliza para hacer prediciones sobre el futuro, expectativas y describir deseos, decisiones espontáneas, opinar y hacer un ofrecimiento.

They will win the match/ Ellos ganarán el partido

I think that I will abroad when I am older/ Pienso que viviré en el extranjero cuando yo sea mayor.

It is too hot. I will turn on the air-condicionating/ Hace demasiado calor. Encenderé el aire acondicionado.

I have got a headache. I will get you an aspirin/ Tengo dolor de cabeza. Yo te daré una aspirina.

• SHALL se usa para hacer sugerir algo. Usar con 1ª persona singular,"I" y 1ª en plural, "we"

                   Shall we dance?

Estructura afirmativa:      SUJETO + WILL + VERBO BASE

Estructura negativa:          

                                               SUJETO + WILL NOT O WON’T+ VERBO BASE    

Estructura interrogativa:  WILL O WON’T + SUJETO + VERBO BASE?

Ejemplos:

What will you do?/ ¿Qué harás tú?

We will play in the patio / Nosotros jugaremos en el patio

He won't do his homework/ Él no hará los deberes

Where will we live?/ ¿Donde vivirmos nosotros?

I won't go to the beach / Yo no iré a la playa

Will they have dinner in the restaurant?/¿Cenarán ellos en el restaurante?

Will you have coffee with your friends?/ ¿Tomarás café con tus amigos?

FUTURE WITH  BE GOING TO

Se usa:

1.   Se utiliza para hablar de nuestros planes (plan inseguro), intenciones, proyectos  en un futuro cercano, decisiones, evidencias, señales.

He is going to teach us how to jump from a boat/ Nos va a enseñar a saltar desde un barco.

          I have already decided my destination. I’m going to Madrid./ Yo tengo decido mi destino. Voy a ir  a Madrid

    James is going to travel aroun the world next year/James viajará alrededor del mundo este año.

    Look! That car is going to crash/ !Mira¡. Ese coche se va a estrellar.

    She is pregnant. She is going to have a baby in April/ Ella está embarazada. Ella tendrá un niño en Abril

·       Look¡, decided, on Tuesday, tonight, in a hour, this afternoon, later, tomorrow, soon, next week, next sumer...

Estructura afirmativa   SUJETO + BE + GOING TO + VERBO BASE

Estructura negativa:     SUJETO + BE NOT + GOING TO + VERBO BASE 

Estructura interrogativa:   BE + SUJETO + GOING TO + VERBO BASE?

                                     

Ejemplos:

My mother is going to buy me some sungkasses on Saturday / Mi madre va a comprarme unas gafas de sol el sábado.

Tonight thet are going to sleep in a tent / Esta noche van a dormir en una tienda de campaña.

Are you going to talk about the ocean? / ¿Vas a hablar sobre el océano?

She is not going to stay on the ship /Ella no se va a quedar en el barco

I am going to have a barvecue on the beach / Yo voy a hacer una barbacoa en la playa

I feel ill. I am going to be sick./ Estoy enfermo. Voy a vomitar

They are going to meet in the cinema./ Ellos van a encontrarse en el cine

She is going to fly to las Vegas tomorrow./ Ella va a volar a las Vegas mañana

FUTURE WITH  TO BE + - ING

Se usa:

1.   Se utiliza para hablar de acciones o planes que van a ocurrir con toda seguridad, porque ya se han fijado u organizado con antelación (plan seguro).

We are having a party next Saturday.

I am seeing the bank manager a 9 o’clok

They are moving into their new flat on 7^th July

We are meeting outside the cinema at 8:30 pm

We aren’t travelling next week to Thailandia

My boatis leabing in an hour

Are they going on holiday tomorrow

We aren’t going to the cinema later

The student are watching a documentary about sharks in a hour

I am meeting Susan On Monday

You are going to the sports centre at ten o’clock
