  9. What constitutes a “false happiness” according to the speaker?
  10. How does our attitude influence what we can or can´t achieve?
  11. What does “thinking right” means?
  
3. Mention examples that support these three basic principles.

4.Explain the comparison between a stressed person and somebody who´s building a house. What is the nutritionist trying to explain? Do you agree?
